WANTED: Director of Finance and Operations

Adamant Health is now looking for a Director of Finance and Operations to lead its finance and operations.
As the Director of Finance and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial and operational strategies of our company. This position offers a unique blend of financial management and operational involvement, making it ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team, contributing to all aspects of economic planning, project management, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, including budget planning and investor relations. Lead and follow-up funding projects.
A hands-on approach to operational tasks is a key part of the start-up way of working and the way of ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes business contract initiatives and negotiations.
Spearhead HR, recruitment, and related processes. Ensuring that successes are celebrated, and achievements are recognized.
Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the company.
Collaborate with technology and product development, business development, marketing, and customer support to enhance our business model and market presence.
The ideal candidate
holds an MBA or equivalent qualification with a robust understanding of business and financial management.
demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel and other office tools, with a keen interest in leveraging AI and GPT tools to optimize workflows.
is experienced in drafting and negotiating agreements, with a proactive approach to embracing challenges.
likes to work with people and is a positive person, building team spirit and fun at work is a key part of who you are.
is fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish and German is a plus.
is passionate about the opportunity to contribute impactful healthcare solutions helping patients in their everyday life.

This is a permanent position located in Finland, preferably in the Helsinki region. The starting date is 1 June 2024, or as agreed.
